THE OPPORTUNITY

We're on the lookout for a hands-on, highly driven

Production Manager

to join our team in Cullaville. You'll play a critical leadership role in the final assembly of our industry-leading crushing and screening equipment, overseeing production teams and ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency across all operations.This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills, a passion for process improvement, and a proactive approach to managing a growing production environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the

final assembly

of crushing and screening equipment. Supervise and coordinate

factory and assembly staff

, promoting a lean, safety-first culture. Ensure production meets

strict quality standards

and tight dispatch deadlines.

Implement and optimize

all production processes, reporting directly to senior management. Work closely on the rollout and integration of a new

MRP/production system

. Collaborate with the

design/drawing office

to improve detailing, product design, and manage Engineering Change Requests (ECR). Identify and implement

process improvements

to drive efficiency and cost savings. Oversee recruitment, training, and performance of production operatives. Administer and maintain

certifications, inspection records

, and compliance documentation. Conduct root cause analysis on quality issues and resolve effectively. Manage

third-party supplier relationships

and ensure smooth collaboration. Deliver regular toolbox talks and promote team alignment on production goals.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Proven experience in

manufacturing or production management

(engineering or heavy equipment preferred). Strong leadership skills with a

hands-on, solutions-focused

attitude. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and a strong emphasis on

Health & Safety

. Confident in using or implementing

MRP/ERP systems

. Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills. Local availability and flexibility for

overtime as required
