This role is within Performers College in Birmingham and is a fixed month contract for 12 months.

About the Role
The Production Manager provides technical guidance to key stakeholders and advises on the staging of performance work, including all organisational and scheduling matters. Crucial to the role is a commitment to providing a creative and inclusive learning environment, demonstrating best practice, and contributing to users\' understanding of production as an integral element of performance.
Each production and performance event supports the development of every student and Production Managers will interact regularly with them as well as tutors, and freelance creative and technical teams, by leading on all technical aspects of performance activities within the school. This may include commercial events and community and Access and Participation events.
This position is a FTC for 12 months and is hybrid - You will be expected to be onsite to meet the demands of the role, which will be a minimum of 3 days per week.
