Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Line Leader to join our team in Craigavon. The Production Line Leader plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line, meeting quality standards, and driving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

------------------------


Optimise production efficiency and minimise downtime Identify and address any issues that may impact production schedules Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the line Monitor the production process and ensure compliance with food quality and health & safety standards Train new employees on the production line procedures Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production flow

Qualifications

------------------


Previous experience in a food manufacturing or industrial environment Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
