Job Description
Production Line Leaders required for temp-to-perm assignments at a busy manufacturing facility based on the outskirts of Exeter. The roles will involve setting up production lines ready for large-scale automated production, overseeing line changes throughout the day to a set schedule, troubleshooting any issues that arise during line production, and motivating and supervising a team of production operatives to hit and exceed hourly targets. These are temp-to-perm assignments where you will become permanent following a successful probationary period.
Working hours:
- 07:00-16:30 Mon-Fri
- \xc2\xa315ph PAYE
