Production Controller Required



Monday to Friday: 8:30AM - 5:30PM (1 hour lunch)

Your Mission:



As a

Production Controller

, your mission is to make sure everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork. You'll be central to coordinating production activity; keeping jobs organised, instructions clear, and standards high. It's about staying one step ahead so the factory runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Job Purpose



To support and manage the daily flow of production work ensuring jobs are tracked, documentation is accurate, and technical standards are consistently applied. You'll work closely with teams across the business to keep production on time, compliant, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and manage the Production Log, ensuring accurate and up-to-date tracking of all jobs. Create and check manufacturing details and work sheets to guide production teams. Apply and uphold technical and manufacturing standards across all job documentation. Collaborate with planning, technical, production, and logistics teams to align operations. Identify and raise any issues that could delay or disrupt production. Support the Production Control Manager with day-to-day coordination and reporting. Always promote a strong culture of health, safety, and quality.

Experience:



Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or technical operations environment. Experience managing workflow documents, job tracking, or production coordination is ideal. Understanding of factory processes and manufacturing standards is a strong advantage.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Confident working with Excel and other production tracking systems. Able to understand and apply technical information accurately. Excellent communication skills; able to work across teams and departments. A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges. Committed to health & safety and continuous improvement.
