We are looking for a Production Chef to join the team at London Zoo.

Open 7 days a week. ZSL London Zoo, situated in Regent\'s Park serves freshly made pizzas, freshly made sandwiches, salads, and a selection of modern British mains. The restaurant operates from 10am-5pm.

Rate: \xc2\xa310.50 - \xc2\xa312 per hour

Shifts: 5 days out of 7, daytime

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

About the Production Chef role:

• Making sandwiches and salads from set recipes
• Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
• General cleaning duties
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
• Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.
