Job Description
CK Group are recruiting for a Product Support Specialist to join a diagnostics company at their site in Burgess Hill, West Sussex on a contract basis for 6 months. This role can be worked hybrid or remote.
Salary:
Day rate of \xc2\xa3180.00 - \xc2\xa3220.00 PAYE or \xc2\xa3238.74 - \xc2\xa3291.80 UMB.
Product Support Specialist Role:
- Application and technical support for customers in the UK, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden and South Africa.
- Support for customers of point-of-care products in laboratories, hospitals and general healthcare settings, such as GPs.
- Handling customer and employee enquiries via online portals and over the phone.
- Training customers/colleagues, supporting the sales cycle with their technical enquiries.
- Ensuring proper quality documentation staying within business compliance.
- Fluent in English (essential) and a Nordic language, preferably Danish (desirable)
- A team player in a primarily remote-working environment
- BSc qualification (or equivalent) in Biomedical Science and several years of experience in the diagnostics industry or hospital environment, ideally in point-of-care and/or biochemistry.
- Self-motivated, you are full of initiative, taking ownership andpride in your work.
- Able and willing to travel occasionally to the head office in Burgess Hill.
