Job Description

Meta seeks a Product Strategy & Marketing Manager who is excited by the opportunity to build and manage a new acquisition channel. This is a strategic role with responsibility for identifying new solutions for telcos & device manufacturers, preloading strategies, as well as understanding the programmatic importance of working with carriers and OEMs. In this role, you will identify market insights in order to guide strategic direction, product development, and product adoption. In this capacity, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Partnerships and Product Growth. Strategic thinking, cross-functional influence, analytical and communication skills are a must, as well as experience with ambiguity. Ideally, you will also have an understanding of the market forces shaping the preloads ecosystem, and a track record of shaping product strategy and growing adoption.

Product Strategy & Marketing Manager Responsibilities:



Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the market internally with Product Management and Engineering, with a focus on preloads and user acquisition Identify significant long-term opportunities based on research, analysis and a strategic view of handset device lifecycles Plan and lead cross-functional efforts to facilitate successful product alpha and beta programs and launches globally Demonstrate an understanding of the broader Meta ecosystem and competitive landscape to create strategic product feedback and positioning Define and manage comprehensive go-to-market strategy and plan including positioning, policy, and launch strategy Partner effectively with Product Management to lead world-class product marketing communications for new products Communicate the value proposition of new products to all go-to-market teams and ensure that effective sales support materials and packages are created Grow product adoption and usage rates by supporting market facing programs and effective product launches

Minimum Qualifications:



5+ years experience in marketing, consulting, communications, or internet technology Analytical, data-driven decision-maker Experience partnering with product teams to identify and bring to market solutions for businesses Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results, and developing and executing against global launch plans to bring products to market BA/BS degree
