The Team
Our team is focused on delivering an industry leading platform for our users and providing them with the right features to simplify their tasks. To do this, the team is fully cross-functional and follows agile best practices in a highly collaborative environment - Taking ownership of the platform architecture, infrastructure, and application lifecycle following the 'Build It, Ship It, Own It' philosophy.

As a
Product Owner
, you will be joining an experienced and dynamic business. We currently have three teams (Platform, Portals, and Feature) made up of engineers, testers, and product, and are expanding these as we move closer to our scalability and growth targets. This is an exciting time to join our team, as there are great opportunities to make your mark and influence how we do things as we progress with our expansion. This role is a key position that bridges business and technical domains, possessing a solid combination of requirements gathering, solution design, supporting technical implementation, communication, and stakeholder management.
Role Overview

Specific experience is required to perform key responsibilities of the role include:
Work with the product manager to transform the product strategy into actionable tasks and work with cross-functional agile teams to execute those requirements.
Transform the high-level vision of the product manager into detailed requirements.
Work closely with a range of stakeholders for the product, including non-customer stakeholders such as Customer Success team, Support team, Sales team, Marketing team and others.
Doing sufficient analysis to ensure requirements are ready to be worked on.
Ability to translate high-level vision for the product into actionable tasks.
Clearly express the product backlog items ensure backlog is visible and clear.
work closely with delivery teams to ensure they build the right functionality promptly.
Liaise with team to agree what to work on work with dev/QA to optimise value of work ordering the backlog to best achieve goals.
Attending team coordination meeting.
Organising demos.
Being involved with ongoing testing.
Preparing documentation and update notes
Ideal Candidate Attributes
Collaborative communicator: Ability to align technical and non-technical teams around a shared goal.
Product Mindset: Focus on user outcomes, not just deliverables.
Agile Expertise: Proven experience in Scrum/Kanban, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
Analytical & Adaptable: Comfortable with ambiguity; uses data to drive decisions.
Required Experience
3+ years in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Agile Product Management.
Track record of translating strategy into actionable tasks for engineering teams.
Experience with compliance software, or B2B SaaS (preferred but not essential).
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
