The role holder will be a part of the Risk and CFCC Change team and will run a significant part of the portfolio of initiatives across \xe2\x80\x9cPolicy, Frameworks and Risk Appetite\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9cFinancial Risk\xe2\x80\x9d. The initiatives cover a wide set of objectives across Climate, Reputational Risk, Model Risk governance, Regulatory Change and ERMF Policies and Frameworks.
The role critically supports the focus, execution, and delivery of the Risk and Conduct, Financial Crime and Compliance Strategy initiatives, while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
The role holder will work closely with the Risk and CFCC MT to deliver the strategy
Core responsibilities of the role are:
Ensure programme initiatives are run in accordance with change standards and best practice.
Work with the Risk and CFCC stakeholders to project manage the multiple initiatives across the programme, ensure that they run on time and within budget.
Support and run the required governance committees to achieve delivery objectives to a high standard and in compliance to change controls.
Support and contribute to the transformation agenda as needed in agile initiatives with the aim of driving value across our Businesses, Functions, Regions and Countries.
This role is expected to champion WoW ("Ways of Working") through effective agile advocacy, leadership and delivery

Bachelors/Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Banking / Finance / Management from a well-reputed university.
