About this opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Channels Enabling Platform, where the Identity and Authentication Lab provides an enterprise level Identity and Authentication service. The Platform needs to meet the Strong Customer Authentication regulatory commitments, enable innovation and to trailblaze within the industry. The Platform will support and grow a wide range of authenticators to serve the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s digital channels.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need:

Experience in creating and galvanizing a team around a common vision which will be the essence of your product: what are the problems it is solving, for whom, and why now is the right time to build it. Ability to build and maintain networks with a diverse group of leaders and colleagues to influence and deliver the product roadmap and to build a team of teams environment across the bank.

This requires prior experience working closely with leaders and executives to shape product and capabilities to be exploited to reach desired outcomes. Prior experience in working with product propositions, positioning P&L (profit&loss) and pricing, preferably in a B2B context, with an enterprise/as a service software product proposition Ability to be the enabler of a thoughtful prioritisation and experience in evaluating the relative importance of work, ideas and requests to eliminate wasteful practices and deliver customer value in the quickest possible way, given a variety of constraints Strong and demonstrable experience of people management across different level of seniority, including domain experts and more generalist contributors
