The
Product Marketing Executive
will play a key role in delivering OXTS's marketing strategy by leading the planning and execution of both virtual and in-person events, managing social media channels, and supporting the creation of multi-channel campaigns. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll collaborate with teams across the business to develop engaging content, raise brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. This role is ideal for a creative and organised marketer who enjoys taking ownership of projects and bringing technical stories to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management & Strategy:
Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of in-person and virtual events to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business objectives--ensuring all events are on-brand, well-coordinated, and performance-tracked.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow OXTS's social media presence by creating and scheduling engaging, on-brand content, collaborating with internal teams, analysing performance, and staying current with trends to increase reach and brand awareness.
Multi-Channel Campaigns
: Support the planning, execution, and analysis of multi-channel campaigns that guide customers through a clear journey--creating targeted content, tracking engagement metrics, and continuously refining strategies to generate qualified leads.
Marketing metrics & reporting:
Keep track and report on marketing budgets, so up-to-date information is available to the marketing manager. Tracking and reporting on measurable objectives for marketing campaigns and online activities.
Sales channel marketing:
Inform and get buy-in from the representatives for joint marketing campaigns. Monitor execution of these joint plans.
Other:
Support internal communications and assist the Marketing Manager by creating marketing materials, contributing to strategic planning, and helping deliver projects that align with the wider commercial goals. Carry out other administrative duties as required.

Essential Experience
Proven experience managing virtual and in-person events
Supporting or leading multi-channel campaigns
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot)
Developing metrics to analyse how customers move through the opportunity funnel. Also report on marketing budgets and measurable objectives for marketing campaigns.
Making decisions based on the overall marketing and corporate strategy. As well as assisting in the development of marketing and commercial plans.
Desirable Experience
PR and media management (e.g. writing press releases, organising ads)
