Department Overview Control Room Solutions provides the backbone for emergency response in the UK & Europe. Our applications help 112 & 999 operators respond to inputs from the public and dispatch out nearby responders, enabling the right response when every second counts.

Our team has grown from a small startup to the leading product suite for Fire & Police agencies in the course of several years. We are shaping the future of public safety, transforming command centres with advanced technology. You will be the product manager for our CommandCentral CRS suite of offerings. This position requires a unique blend of technical and business acumen, leadership, agility, and communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to both work on enhancing a market leading offering and develop new market disrupting product lines. It is a great opportunity for an entrepreneurial mind to make a direct material impact on community safety.

In the role, you will:

Define and manage comprehensive product strategy from product conception and definition through end of life.

Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, marketing, and public safety subject matter experts to guide products from conception to launch.

Analyse market and competitive conditions, laying out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands.

Provide regular updates and feedback to senior management and other stakeholders.

Translate complex, technical concepts into understandable, compelling value propositions.

Basic Requirements

Please note this is a technical role, so does require a technical background.

Skills Needed:

Ability to quickly understand and explain technical concepts.

Knowledge of agile product development

Experience delivering outcomes in an environment that required you to work with and balance the needs of a broad set of stakeholders

Entrepreneurial instincts with a track record of leading new initiatives in previous roles

B2B or public safety experience preferred
