One of the most exciting and in-demand Product Manager roles we have ever seen. This position would see you play a central role in the go-to-market product strategy at a leading UK space-tech start-up. Over the last decade they\'ve established themselves as a leading light in the new era of space and satellite technology. Their core products are launch and flight control software packages used by a whole range of space companies, but they also undertake collaborative research and joint mission ventures with other major names - including SpaceX!

They are part employee-owned, meaning all staff are enrolled in a collective ownership trust giving them a real say in the organisation. They welcome hybrid and remote working options (occasional visits to their office will be required for brainstorming and major events!) but with bases in Edinburgh (HQ), Dundee, and Bristol, we are open to people within sensible commuting distance from any of these.

This role sits between marketing and engineering, and will see you vital to product development, steering key decisions to ensure the best possible features are delivered to a rapidly scaling customer base.

Key Experience required for consideration (please note owing to the huge popularity of this role if your CV does not demonstrate a high level of expertise in these areas we will not consider you):

-Experience in B2B Product Management within a software environment
-Technical knowledge of UX, Product Development, etc.
-Experience in market and competitor analysis
-Appreciation of good KPIs and measurement metrics for products Desirable (any of these will make you a high priority applicant):

-Experience in aerospace, space, or satellite tech
-Start-up or pre-launch product experience
-Exposure to large-scale, complex systems

The process will be an initial screening call, followed by a presentation to be delivered via Teams, and finally a chat with the CEO and Head of Ops.
