Product Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Remote (UK) \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa365,000 (Permanent)

Up to \xc2\xa365,000 depending on experience

This is the opportunity to join an innovative SAAS Platform, with very much a family feel to the business. They began in 2019, and have been growing ever since, now having over 40 employees across the UK.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll be at the heart of the tech for good space, helping to empower non-profits to enhance their fundraising efforts and supporting a variety of impactful causes worldwide. Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the CEO and Head of Product to shape a product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs.
• Develop an understanding of users needs.
• Support engineering with any product based issues.
• Define and track KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Investigate avenues for growth and report back to the team.

Experience Required:

• 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 of working in a similar Product Management role.
• Experience of working within a SAAS product environment.
• Experience of working within an Agile environment.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of meeting customer needs through market research and customer feedback.
• Experience of defining product roadmaps and strategies.
