Product Manager (Omni)





We are seeking a strategic and hands-on

Product Manager

to lead and scale our

Checkout, Payments, and Order Management

capabilities across THG's global e-commerce platform. In this high-impact role, you will shape customer-critical experiences that influence every transaction and post-purchase journey--driving measurable growth, operational excellence, and world-class user satisfaction.



Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be expected to work alongside both commercial and technical stakeholders, as well as UX designers, in order to identify, map, and deliver strategic solutions to a wide array of user and business problems.

What you'll do:




Define and own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Checkout, Payments, and Order Management--aligning with broader company goals and leading product discovery efforts to identify opportunities. Act as the domain lead and product authority developing deep expertise in checkout UX patterns, payment gateways, fraud tools, payment orchestration, OMS flows, and post-purchase customer journeys. Set and track strategic KPIs including checkout conversion, payment success rates, fraud rates, refund cycles, and order accuracy driving continuous improvement through data and experimentation. Collaborate with design, engineering, data, operations, and third-party vendors to launch high-quality features and scalable solutions. Lead complex cross-functional initiatives, often involving multiple teams, integrations, or external partners ensuring alignment across delivery, technical constraints, and commercial goals. Proactively identify platform gaps, tech debt, or user pain points and work with engineering to balance roadmap innovation with long-term platform health. Regularly meet with key stakeholders to ensure their requirements are considered and that they are up to date on product developments.

About you:




5+ years of product management experience, ideally within high-scale e-commerce, payments, or order management & fulfilment domains. Proven leadership in driving impactful change across checkout funnels, global payment ecosystems, fraud and risk systems, and order lifecycle workflows. Strong technical acumen - able to understand platform architecture, APIs, and third-party integrations; comfortable partnering with engineers and architects to scope solutions. Highly analytical and metrics-driven - skilled in A/B testing, funnel analysis, GA4, SQL, or BI tools like Looker or Tableau. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills - able to build trust across engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams. Strong commercial sense - able to evaluate trade-offs and prioritise features based on business impact, cost, and feasibility. A bias for action - comfortable navigating ambiguity and delivering value in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
