The role...

We are looking for a Product Manager to help us establish product-market fit within the US market. We are market leaders in the UK and are looking to replicate that across the globe. You will be leading the product roadmap for our already profitable recruitment platform: Pirical Legal Professionals (PLP).

Role Responsibilities:

Own the product roadmap for our PLP product, making sure the right features are prioritised and being delivered against in a timely manner
Spend time with our customers, analyse user data, and conduct competitor research to identify the best initiatives to meet our strategic objectives.
Engage with other Pirical teams (e.g. Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Data Operations) to get input and buy-in
Paint an inspiring picture of what we are trying to achieve to the team and constantly share progress
The person...

You have minimum 2 years of experience in a product role
You have experience managing the delivery of a product roadmap, and prioritisation is a top skill of yours
You consider yourself to be incredibly data-driven, and get a kick out of discovering data insights that create value for our customers
You have an eye for simple and beautiful UI design
You have excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of engaging with senior stakeholders
You are customer-centric, you can put yourself in customers' shoes and find insightful ways to uncover customers' unspoken issues
You focus on the big picture - you can cut through the noise and be laser focus on what matters
You are curious, inquisitive and consider yourself a lifelong learner
You are hungry and excited to jump into the deep end of product development in a growing software startup
Experience in any of the following: HR Tech, Legal Tech, SaaS or knowledge of US market would be useful but not essential
