Were looking for a driven individual to work as a Product Manager, reporting to the Senior Product Manager.Welcome to the Savings team! We are a passionate group of just over 25 (and growing) experts on a mission to make our savings products work for our customers. We have a real sense of purpose to improve the lives and financial wellbeing of savers.We are looking for a Product Manager who wants to build a career in a fantastic part of the team responsible for driving and supporting strategic change for our saving customers.   • You will be using your knowledge of product, policies and processes to build proposals that balance the need of our customers and commercial ambitions.
  • Own key relationships across the Society - finding consensus and influencing stakeholders to move ideas forward at pace.
  • Develop quality written proposals that facilitate formal decision making and broaden the understanding of key issues.
  • Using your abilities to review and interpret data and insight to identify emerging risks and monitor customer outcomes.
  • Supporting end to end delivery of complex proposals and propositions.
  • Work closely with teams including Communications, Digital, Operations, Retail Compliance and Legal and to investigate incidents, issues and complaints and put it right when things go wrong.
About youAs a minimum, we are looking for someone with the following:
  • Has product management experience in Financial Services, demonstrating an understanding of customer, commercial and operational impacts as well as risk management.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify challenges and develop solutions through use of data and insight, commercial awareness, and analytical skills.
  • Possess strong influencing skills and collaborative behaviours.
  • Excellent communication, both verbally and in writing, being able to present information to senior executives.
