What is the opportunity?

A fantastic opportunity to craft and own the development of our Customer proposition and portfolio management for our BOI UK Personal Savings customers in the UK, including Northern Ireland! Working closely with our and BOI UK NI Distribution, Marketing and Digital teams to optimise marketing and distribution.

Location - Belfast, Bristol or London

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for end to end ownership of the product lifecycle, portfolio management and performance and driving decisions using competitor, market, customer and economic insight through collaboration with Senior Pricing Associate
  • Deliver continuous development and refresh of our customer offering via segmenting-targeting-positioning field to ensure we remain driven and meet customer needs and expectations
  • Have ownership of the end to end product journey, customer engagement and experience, working closely with enabling functions including digital, Operations, Distribution, Risk and Marketing
  • Embed a customer focussed strategy and cultural ambassador for inspiring change and improvement
  • Be responsible for product compliance with all applicable legislation, regulation and industry practice
What will make you stand out?
  • Experienced UK financial services professional at management level
  • Experience developing customer led product and propositions and pricing strategies
  • Successful management of product portfolios, preferably with knowledge of deposit products
  • Commercially astute, highly numerate with strong excel, verbal and written communication skills
  • Industry knowledge, external perspective and ability to analyse trends and data
  • Understanding of \'best in class\' Customer Journeys inc Operational/IT aspects
Experience with any of the following will help you to stand out but is not necessary in order to apply for this role:
  • Graduate degree in a numerate subject area

UK Personal Savings business is part of Savings & Lending business unit and has full P&L, customer experience, risk and regulatory responsibilities for all Consumer Savings products sold under Post Office, AA and Bank of Ireland UK in the UK, including Northern Ireland.
