The Role:
We're seeking a Product & Insights Executive to support the development, optimisation, and performance monitoring of our insurance products and marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to our Head of Propositions and working closely with our Marketing, Product, Digital, and Analytics teams, you'll help deliver actionable insights and contribute to product innovation, customer growth, and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and report on product KPIs including sales, retention, NPS, and claims ratios
Analyse internal data and external market insights to identify trends and opportunities
Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports
Conduct competitor benchmarking and market scanning
Support marketing campaign strategy with data-driven insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure insights guide execution
Support new product launches, enhancements, and withdrawals
What We Offer:
Salary: 30,000 - 32,000

Who We're Looking For:
Essential:
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in data analysis and insights
Experience in marketing, product, insights, or data analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive approach to work
Desirable:
Understanding of insurance or financial services sector
Project team experience
Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field
Knowledge of FCA compliance and product governance standards
Experience with Microsoft Office and data visualisation tools
