The Role:

We're seeking a creative and thoughtful

Designer

to join our product development team. You'll be responsible for designing aesthetically pleasing, functional, and ergonomically sound toys that bring joy, confidence, and comfort to our customers. From concept sketch to 3D modeling and prototype collaboration, you'll help shape the future of pleasure.

Responsibilities:

Research user needs, trends, and innovations in wellness and ergonomic design Create sketches, renderings, and CAD models of new product ideas Collaborate with product developers, engineers, and materials experts to refine designs Ensure products are inclusive, body-safe, and meet high standards of quality and performance Stay up to date with market trends and competitor offerings

What We're Looking For:

Background in industrial/product design, human-centered design, or related field Strong portfolio of product design work (bonus if related to wellness or personal care) Understanding of anatomy, ergonomics, and user experience Proficiency in design software (e.g., Rhino, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Adobe Suite) Open-minded, collaborative, and sensitive to diverse identities and experiences

Nice to Have:

Experience designing silicone or soft-touch products Knowledge of materials, mold processes, and prototyping Interest or experience in wellness, or inclusivity initiatives
