Your job as Graduate Junior Sales Agent will be to convince even more businesses to start using our products.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Sales Experience
• Customer-focused with the ability to listen, build credible relationships, and overcome concerns.

• A passion for persuasion and mastering deep sales psychology.

• You must have a burning desire to succeed, be extremely client-oriented, highly motivated and personify the \'never say die\' attitude.
• You should be able to develop deep and meaningful rapport with your clients, communicating with authentic persuasiveness and the utmost integrity.
• You must also have the steadfast belief you can be the best at almost everything you do, should you apply your talent and focus to it \xe2\x80\x93 and prove it.

What to expect from the Hiring Process:

• Round 1 - We review your application to see if you meet the initial requirements for this role. Please note that if you do not complete the questions we will be unable to proceed with your application beyond this stage
• Round 2 - You will have to complete a cognitive test to evaluate the match between your profile and the company\'s profile
• Round 3 - You will have a phone interview with our EA/Office Manager
• Round 4 - We will send you a Personality test
• Round 4 - You will have a final interview with our CSO, Jay Cruiz, to understand your motivation and career goals. We want to know if you will be a great fit for our team, but also we want you to achieve your goals
