We\'re supporting CULT Games in their search for a Producer to join their high-energy and collaborative team.

As a CULT Game Producer, you are the master of GSD, ensuring the studio\'s development and publishing teams are working in lockstep, and that quality is on point. You\'ll see their games through from comms alignment and planning to sailing through all-important releases across all major console platforms.

Your responsibilities\xe2\x80\xa6

• Ensuring game production and marketing roadmaps, plans, and delivery of those plans are in lockstep
• Spotting, mitigating, and managing risks
• Managing a pipeline of external partners, working alongside Dev Rels, ensuring they have strong relationships with top recommendations for the studio\'s devs
• Managing relationships with platform holders at an account and release level, ensuring releases sail through the release processes seamlessly
• Handling and leading CERT across platforms, acting as the voice of reason, and giving support and guidance to their devs
• Coordinating Loc, QA, and Loc QA across projects
• Acting as the vanguard for connecting internal and external project management
• Working closely with Ops, Marketing, and Dev Rels to set up and manage their internal production, reporting, and project management systems
• Oversee and complete publisher side/consumer legal and registrations, including age ratings such as PEGI
• Coordinating Build feedback and playtesting across the CULT

The skills and experience you\'ll bring to the role\xe2\x80\xa6

• Experience running the full submissions process on all major platforms, with a preference for PC and console platforms
• Prior experience delivering and coordinating localisation and QA for games projects
• Exposure to working with internal and external partners in game development production
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and comfortable setting priorities and planning your workload to ensure projects sail through on time
• Acquired contacts across Loc and QA firms you have worked with successfully is a bonus
