Harvey Nash are on the lookout for a Procurement Coordinator to join our clients Procurement Department on a 6 month fixed term contract as ur client prepares for a period of change.
Key Challenges for the role include:
1. Assist the Head of Procurement to develop the Procurement Department.
2. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of operational plans that are aimed at delivering the strategic goals and objectives.
3. Assist the Head of Procurement to develop and implement effective procurement policies and procedures.
4. Assist in the maintenance & development of computerised procurement and finance systems ensuring accuracy of data held.
5. Assist in the guidance, motivation and development of the Procurement Department and its staff to ensure optimum performance and professional development.
