The Opportunity: We are currently recruiting for a Procurement Analyst to join our established UK procurement Team at our Bristol Head Office. This is a permanent opportunity available at both full time and part time (from 30 hours to 37.5 hours per week). This opportunity also offers the benefits of flexible hybrid working, typically, this will require you to work from the Bristol office 1- 2 days per week with a choice of working from home or the office on the other days. The purpose of this role is to work as part of the UK Procurement Team to ensure oversight of Triodos Bank UK third party spend and assist the organisation in delivering all aspects of the procurement lifecycle in line with all relevant polices and by extension UK and EU regulatory requirements. You will play a vital role in supporting the TBUK Procurement team on key activities such as stakeholder communication, supplier communication, organising meetings, minute taking, maintaining supplier records and logs, highlight reporting, tracking tasks, supplier contract management, service level management and other ad-hoc activities as required. In addition, the Procurement Analyst will be responsible for data integrity for our Contract Management System. Key responsibilities will require you to:
Support the Procurement Team in driving excellence and continuous improvement, best value, and quality improvements within the team and TBUK.
Ensure data quality to meet regulatory and internal reporting needs.
Support with queries from Contract Managers, Contract Owners and Service Managers on questions of procurement and contract management
Support the Procurement Team in risk identification, risk assessment and risk response regarding procurement specific risks.
Undertake quality assurance of contractual records on Triodos\xe2\x80\x99s contract management system.
Comply with all regulatory obligations and internal governance to help ensure ethical behaviour which delivers fair outcomes for TBUK customers.
What we are looking for: To be successful in this role you will have excellent administration and organisational skills and a good working knowledge of MS Office products (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint). You will have Awareness of ISO certifications and best practice to support this. You will be highly customer centric and be able to communicate effectively at all levels. Previous experience of procurement and/or managing suppliers, using online procurement systems/tools and Membership of CIPS and/or evidence of equivalent qualifications would be desirable for this role but not essential. In return for your hard work and expertise, you will receive a salary of between \xc2\xa329,000 \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa335,000 full time equivalent salary depending on experience, plus access to our extensive benefits package, where most of our benefits are non-contributory. Our benefits include:
