Job Description


Procurement Administrator, Slough: Working as part of the procurement team you will work closely with sales to deliver our customer product requirements. Using tools such as ERP and our procurement scheduler, you will co-ordinate our orders from start to finish, working with suppliers and updating clients.

Procurement Administrator, Slough

o Processing all orders through the ERP system, from release through to delivery

o Including all purchase orders to suppliers, and artwork proofs and tracking details to clients

o Updating and managing the production scheduler ensuring good communication with sales

o Resource planning including capacity for external outworkers

o Assist with assembly and fulfilment including external drops and picks

o Receive goods in and out including labelling, bookings etc

o Processing imports and exports in compliance with regulations and legislation

o Manage the client sampling process including post office drops

o Sourcing components including raw materials

o Work safely and within the health & safety procedures

o Maintain all production records

o Carry out regular stock takes and update the ERP system

o Ensure stock levels are maintained and accurate

o FIFO: First In First Out of stock control

The candidate must have the willingness to learn and the will to succeed, and a key eye for detail. Working as part of the procurement team you will work closely with sales to deliver our customer product requirements. Good communication will assist in providing updates to other departments. Resource planning is key to ensuring we meet our customer requirements; good organisational skills is a must to keep the procurement team on track.
