We are looking for a motivated individual to assist our high performing production team as a

Process Operator.

About the role

Due to our recent acquisition we are looking to strengthen the Production team to support the ever growing business. Our production team are responsible for producing high quality Dye and Flame retardant products for our client base. This role will be responsible for operating plant machinery and equipment to manufacture, blend and pack a wide range of products.

To ensure that all products are manufactured and blended through operating plant and machinery as specified by the Company.

Responsibilities:

Creating products, both dye and Flame Retardant, to specification and timescales provided by business requirements, storing as per instructions. Responsible for delivery of goods in a timely and professional manner as required. Performing all process plant operations according to working instructions in line with the companies Health & Safety Policy. Highlighting any potential risks to Health and Safety (processes, behaviour or machinery) and ensuring these are logged in an appropriate manner. Ensuring the working environment is safe for all. Ensuring quality of product is at the required standard and waste is kept to a minimum. Responsible for safety and security of the plant.

About you:

Qualifications:

AForklift Truck Licence is required for the role.

Experience:

Good literacy and numeracy skills are required. Previous experience within a Chemical/Manufacturing industry is desirable but not a requirement.
