So, what will I be doing?

We're on the lookout for a Process Engineer to play a key role in optimising and bolstering our production processes, ensuring we continue to deliver top-quality products in the most efficient way possible.

What you'll be doing:
Monitoring and improving manufacturing processes to maximise efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality Supporting root cause analysis and troubleshooting of process issues Working closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to implement process improvements Analysing data and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement Supporting new product introductions and process trials
Your shift pattern:

4 on / 4 off

rotation (2 days, 2 nights) - providing a consistent work-life balance

Sounds interesting, what do I need?

Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer An appropriate Engineering qualification Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety Ideally you will have worked in food manufacturing or FMCG production environments previously, however this is not absolutely necessary Preferably multi-skilled (mechanical/electrical) PLC experience would be a bonus
