Our client is at the forefront of the clean energy revolution, spearheading the development and deployment of hydrogen production technologies. Position: Process Manager

Location: Multiple locations in the United Kingdom

Contract Type: 8-12-month contract

Daily Rate: \xc2\xa3400

Role Overview:

As a Process Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production operations of our client\'s hydrogen plants. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and reliable operations, optimizing process performance, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and optimize hydrogen production processes to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance plant performance.

Work collaboratively with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Develop and implement robust standard operating procedures (SOPs) for process control and troubleshooting.

Provide technical expertise and support to operational teams, assisting in resolving complex operational issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Support the commissioning and start-up of new hydrogen production facilities.

Maintain accurate documentation and records of process parameters, incidents, and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in process management within the energy or chemical industry, preferably with exposure to hydrogen production processes.

Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques, process control systems, and safety standards.

Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex operational data and identify areas for improvement.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Demonstrated commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance.

Willingness to travel to multiple locations within the United Kingdom, as required.
