Implementing the SHE policy, legislation, and safe systems of work
Leading the delivery of manufacturing KPI\'s including quality and cost reporting
Managing your team and providing the right support to help them excel and succeed
Ensuring that the manufacturing area is managed in a cost effective and efficient way
Supporting and implementing CI activities utilising lean tools & problem-solving techniques
Scheduling and supporting maintenance activities within your area
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
An Engineering Degree or time-served apprenticeship
Demonstrable experience managing a technical team
Computer literacy
Desirable
Qualified in IOSH and/or Environmental Managing Safety
SAP experience

The Manufacturing team:
As a Process Leader within the Manufacturing team, you will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of technicians and operators in the efficient production of small arms ammunition across rotating shift patterns.
