Are you looking for a varied process improvement project management role in London?
My client is a leading, global company specialising in an extensive range of niche and specialised animal healthcare products. After several years of continued growth, they are continuing to go from strength to strength through their expansion of the current facility in West London.
We are working with them exclusively to hire a Process Improvement Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This is a brand-new role and will be an important function that will involve evaluating the existing production process to improve various aspects, including efficiency.
This job would suit a pragmatic, self-starter with a strong previous background in process improvement and production (ideally pharmaceutical or veterinary).
Required Experience
- Experience within a regulated manufacturing/ production environment is essential (pharmaceutical or veterinary preferred)
- Strong and demonstrable previous experience in process improvement in manufacturing
- Previous project management experience is preferred (minimum Green Belt Six Sigma)
- Experience within specials and related commercial, fast paced production is an advantage
- Knowledge and understanding of GMP is a strong advantage
- Prince2 would be great, but is not essential
- Demonstrating a continuous improvement mind-set is key
