The Senior Process Design Consultant reports into the Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting Tax, and Credit Reporting Operations organization. This role is critical to designing solutions and supporting the change environment across the large variety of functions within Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting, Tax, and Credit Reporting Operations.
Responsibilities:
You will lead the design of target state solutions in support of major change and business transformation initiatives
You will document and maintain current and target state process maps
You will document employee and customer journeys
You will drive horizontal thinking in our process and technology capabilities
You will analyse impacts and data to drive continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and increased process efficiency
You will develop and maintain a current, in-depth understanding of Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting, Tax, and Credit Reporting processes
You will identify, lead, and drive forward continuous improvement initiatives
What we are looking for:
You will have business design experience including process, people, and technology design
You will have change management / project management / strategy implementation experience
You will have the ability to document process flows from conceptual design to detailed design using Visio, ARIS, or comparable process mapping tools
You will be an expert with MS PowerPoint and deliver presentations that enable others to grasp and embrace new concepts and outcomes
You will have the ability to identify synergies between areas, finding cross functional opportunities for shared technology requirements and solutions
You will have previous Banking / Finance industry experience
Skills that will help:
Six Sigma Black / Green Belt Certification
Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting experience
Financial Services Banking Operations experience
Advanced Excel skills
