Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
- Manage a team of Process Architects
- Develop and implement a comprehensive process strategy and set-up aligned with LTLGS\' requirements
- Perform interface function to overarching process centres
- Model processes in IQ Move
- Assume project leadership and design responsibility within complex and cross-functional projects
- Support the continuous improvement approach with the team
- Multiply process excellence methods and act as a process excellence consultant within LTLGS as well as within the Global Landing Gear Network
- Facilitating and responding to user questions on IQ Move

Requirements
The ideal Process Centre Manager should meet the following requirements:
- Degree in the field of industrial engineering or engineering, business administration or demonstrably acquired equivalent skills and knowledge
- Evidence of successfully leading and developing teams
- Proven experience in performance management
- Extensive experience of process management and process modelling
- Evidence of advanced knowledge of IT systems (e.g. SAP)
- Knowledge of EASA Part 145 & 21J and FAA CFR 145 requirements as well as other National Aviation Authorities\' requirements is desirable
- Working within a matrix environment
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Must possess a legal work permit in the UK
