Develop and implement a comprehensive process strategy and set-up aligned with LTLGS\' requirements
Perform interface function to overarching process centres
Model processes in IQ Move
Assume project leadership and design responsibility within complex and cross-functional projects
Support the continuous improvement approach with the team
Multiply process excellence methods and act as a process excellence consultant within LTLGS as well as within the Global Landing Gear Network
Facilitating and responding to user questions on IQ Move

Requirements
The ideal Process Centre Manager should meet the following requirements:
Degree in the field of industrial engineering or engineering, business administration or demonstrably acquired equivalent skills and knowledge
Evidence of successfully leading and developing teams
Proven experience in performance management
Extensive experience of process management and process modelling
Evidence of advanced knowledge of IT systems (e.g. SAP)
Knowledge of EASA Part 145 & 21J and FAA CFR 145 requirements as well as other National Aviation Authorities\' requirements is desirable
Working within a matrix environment
Ability and willingness to travel
Must possess a legal work permit in the UK
