Private/Business PA (Film) Principal. Based London and internationally. This is an outstanding opportunity for a degree standard PA with a high standard of both business and private support to look after this successful and Principal in film. Multiple residences abroad and a heavy schedule with filming you will be comfortable living abroad several months of the year when a TV series or film is in production.

Dealing with extensive co-ordination of schedules/logistics, engagements, special projects and events. Keeping a stream of communication and information flowing.

Highly organised, efficient and deadline driven a true multitasker with experience working in a fast paced, digital media environment.

Extensive and complex calendar management/external event schedules. Dealing with calls and emails to the Global office. Booking all meetings, tech set-up, materials and invitations.

General office administration, supplies and office maintenance.

Preparation of presentations, materials and special projects picking up the culture and structure of the company with ease, research on competitors and the industry in general.

Assist with the design and development of presentations and have the willingness and aptitude to grow in this area. Taking notes in meetings and distribution/follow ups.

Assist with initiatives keeping to the forefront production schedules, deadlines and deliverables (film or photo production experience a major plus) Can contribute to content assignments, research and special projects. Able to work with internal partners and assist with company wide programs such as workforce planning, talent etc

Your background with be in digital media, content or the publishing industry/film. A strong communicator able to collaborate and get results and able to liaise easily at all levels. A high level of written and spoken English with top proof reading ability. Able to juggle and prioritise with ease. Proactive with top attention to detail. Confident with a passion to learn and grow. International experience is a major plus for this role.

Able to travel on projects and engross yourself in a role that you will learn a lot in and grow.

A background travelling with the Principal within a similar industry and knowledge of a digital media environment is the perfect fit.
