Job Description

We are looking for a new private nanny to take over childcare as our workload has since increased.

Daily duties and tasks would involve:

- Starting around 2pm - preparing dinner and organising any kit bags etc needed for any clubs later that day.

- Picking up the children from school.

- Homework, clubs, dinner, bath and then bed.

The family property near Forfar includes a spacious house and a large woodland and garden area which the children love the play in.

There may also be overnight stays required once or twice a year.

We are looking for an individual who has an a sense of fun, lots of imagination, patience as well as discipline. Some experience in childcare or a previous similar role is essential.

Hours:

Our working hours can be very irregular. Typically, a Sunday and Monday would always be the days off. We can come home at varied times each days/weeks and so due to this we are looking for someone who is fully flexible. A typical weekly rota would look like:

Monday - off

Tuesday - 2pm - 5/6pm

Wednesday - 2pm - 6/7pm

Thursday - 2pm - 6/7pm

Friday - 2pm - late

Saturday - 2pm - late

Sunday - Off

Benefits:

- Standard 28 days holiday, however, as a family we go away spontaneously without our nanny and so if and when we do this those dates are classed as paid leave and don't affect your holiday dates.

References are required as well as a clean driving licence and no criminal convictions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.00-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
