Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen in within area of

Derby

and surrounding boroughs for a

part time,

as and when required investigator. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, with the ability to conduct thorough investigations and gather relevant information. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Hours

When required, no set hours each week Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

Assist in legal matters e.g. serving court documents, on time report writing essential. Investigations by gathering information such as conducting surveillance, Interviewing witnesses etc. Obtaining written statements. Prepare detailed reports documenting findings and presenting them in a clear and concise manner. Identifying and following potential leads. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal regulations throughout all investigative processes.

Skills and Requirements

Police and Military experience is an advantage but not essential as training can be provided. Strong report writing skills, with the ability to articulate findings clearly and professionally. Excellent observational skills and attention to detail. Strong IT skills Being able to work independantly or as part of a team A valid driving licence is required including own transport No criminal convictions (Other than motor offenses) as we often do work on behalf of the courts
