Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced private client solicitor to join a well-established Solihull based law firm as the head of department.

You will have had extensive experience working in a fee-earning capacity in a private client department. You will have experience of working with high-net-worth estate administration, will drafting, inheritance tax, lasting power of attorney, trusts, as well as a range of tax matters.
You will ideally have 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 PQE, experience in managing or supervising a team, and be a motivated individual looking to strategically plan the departments direction, moving the department forward whilst utilising the skill sets and attributes of individual team members.
