A well-established and client-focused law firm based in South Woodford is seeking a

Private Client Solicitor

to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with

1-4 years PQE

to manage a varied caseload and develop their expertise in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handling a broad range of private client matters including: Wills and estate planning Probate and administration of estates Lasting Powers of Attorney Court of Protection work Trusts and inheritance tax matters Meeting clients, taking detailed instructions, and providing clear, concise advice Drafting legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements Participating in business development and building long-term client relationships

Requirements

1-4 years PQE

as a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales Proven experience handling private client matters independently or under supervision Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, and tax planning Excellent communication and client care skills Ability to manage workload and prioritise deadlines effectively Willingness to be involved in marketing and networking initiatives

Desirable

STEP qualification or working towards it Experience with legal case management systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 65,000.00-75,000.00 per year
