COURT OF PROTECTION PARALEGAL
Our well established client are seeking a dedicated Court of Protection Paralegal to join their busy and expanding team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting with a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters Preparing court forms and documentation. Liaising with clients and family members Attending client meetings and court hearings Providing support to solicitors and legal executives within the teamKEY REQUIREMENTS:
Law degree or equivalent qualification Previous experience within Court of Protection or Private Client work Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail Empathy, discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive mattersWHATS ON OFFER:
