THE ROLE:
With the private client department continuing to go through an exciting growth phase, the team have decided to appoint an additional Private Client Lawyer to handle a full and varied caseload of private client transactions. Dealing with all types of private client matters you will ideally be able to advise on all types Wills, Trusts, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives who are looking for the opportunity to manage their own caseload of files and undertake the daily duties required of a fee earner. Ideal Private Client Lawyers will have experience of dealing with the broad spectrum of private client and be looking for an opportunity where they can progress their career. Ideal opportunity for a Private Client Lawyer who is looking for a new challenge. Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered for this role and will have completed at least one seat within private client.

THE FIRM:
This progressive practice covers a variety of legal services including private client, property, commercial, family and litigation. You will be joining a well established team which covers the breadth of commercial property law and is keen to continue with the excellent reputation within the local market.
