The Opportunity

You'll be joining a supportive and professional team, where your role will focus on Tax & Trusts matters, while also offering the chance to collaborate across departments. The firm is proud of its down-to-earth culture, strong client relationships, and flexible approach to hybrid working.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing clear, accurate legal advice across Tax, Trusts, and wider Private Client matters Managing your own caseload with autonomy and confidence Drafting legal documents, handling client correspondence, and maintaining well-organised files Playing a part in the growth of the department through great service and referral relationships Supporting colleagues with knowledge sharing, admin tasks, and occasional cross-departmental work

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of PQE in Private Client law, ideally with a focus on Tax & Trusts Alternatively, a qualified Legal Executive Strong communication and organisational skills A collaborative, proactive approach to work Someone who can commute to or relocate near Petersfield
