Identify potential risks, particularly with regard to private banking processes including but not limited to: Suitability and Appropriateness, Fraud Prevention, Client Due Diligence, US Indicia, Cross-Border, and other operational and regulatory risks
Monitoring of Front Office activity at Team Leader and Relationship Manager level
Monthly KRI and MI collation and monitoring to Team Leaders and/or Senior Management
Working on all training and competence matters such as coordination of trainings, tracking of CPD hours, ensuring CSUK is in line with the FCA certification regime and requirements
Run ad hoc reports for Senior Management and providing general support to the team leaders and sales teams

The role is within the UK Private Bank (\xe2\x80\x98CSUK\xe2\x80\x99) First Line of Defence Support. You will have close interaction with the Front Office Management of CSUK. This role includes a dynamic team, working on a variety of challenges with a mix of pro-active operational risk management and handling of the training and competence matters.

Qualifications
Ideally, the individual should possess the below skills and experience.
Experience in identification and assessment of operational/ other risks in a financial services context
Experience of risk and controls monitoring and testing
Training and competence officer experience with regulatory understanding of the FCA Certification Regime and other applicable EU regulations
Experience in dealing with CISI, including CPD and SPS tracking and coordinating training
Front Office stakeholder management experience essential
Self-starter and able to operate independently as well as in a team
Strong excel and PowerPoint skills
Attention to detail
Abilities to actively handle multiple deliverables and changing priorities
Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
