This is an exciting opportunity to join an award winning, forward thinking, bespoke design dental practice in Plymouth. The practice puts patient care at the forefront and has a strong brand.

We are open to patients:

Monday - Thursday 8am - 8pm,

Friday 8-4

Saturday 9-4.

The excellent access offered to our patients allows us to close between Christmas and New Year with no mandatory out of hours cover.

Joining carries an expectation to cover a mixture of evening and early appointments and shift patterns are 8-2pm or 2-8pm with full days Friday and Saturday. We would look for at least one Saturday per month - but this could be additional to the working week or could replace a day in the week. The full details would be agreed prior to starting.

This condensed hours working pattern revolutionises work-life balance, giving half the week back to living ! Chores, gym, appointments and general living can all be achieved around the working pattern.

The practice operates SOE Exact CRM software. Fully digital radiography with additional Morita Veraview OPT/ CBCT, Trios Scanner, and Wave One Gold rotary. We also have access to full camera set up per surgery.

Our existing team all are clear on their interests and we tend to refer internally, providing the patient with the best possible care. We have a well trained team of full scope and autonomic dental therapists and nurses supporting the practice vision and goals. We are also very discursive and this role would suit a clinician who is interested in professional development.

We are looking for a forward thinking dentist who can join in with the practice vision and help drive the success of the practice. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a clinican who understands ADY / turnover, potentially has a special interest or who is interested in personal professional development. You will need to grow your list so the expectation would be to start for one or two days per week and expand to four.
