Principal Solution Manager



As a Principal Solution Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction and execution of solutions that meet our client's needs and business objectives. Your leadership will guide the development, delivery, and management of comprehensive solutions that align with organizational goals. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. This role may require occasional travel to meet with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic PlanningDevelop and execute strategic plans for solution delivery that align with business goals and market demands. Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Collaborate with senior leadership to define solution vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Solution DevelopmentLead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive solutions that address client needs and drive business outcomes. Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and adhere to best practices and industry standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality solutions.

Client EngagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. Provide expert guidance and support throughout the solution lifecycle, from initial consultation to post-implementation.

Project ManagementManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions. Coordinate resources, schedules, and budgets to achieve project milestones and objectives. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Team LeadershipLead and mentor a team of solution architects, developers, and other professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team. Provide regular feedback, performance evaluations, and development opportunities for team members.

Requirements
EducationBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience7+ years of experience in solution management, product management, or related roles. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex solutions in a fast-paced environment. Experience in managing client relationships and driving business growth.

SkillsStrong technical expertise in solution architecture, software development, and cloud technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
