As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in ERP and SAP, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing top-tier talent for clients in the IT sector. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Client Engagement:
Find, develop and sustain strong relationships with clients in the ERP and SAP sectors to gain a deep understanding of their business needs and organizational culture. Act as a trusted adviser, offering recruitment solutions tailored to their requirements.
Talent Acquisition:
Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms, to identify, attract, and engage with potential candidates. Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
Market Research:
Stay informed about trends and developments in the ERP and SAP markets. Provide clients with insights on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability to facilitate informed hiring decisions.
Candidate Management:
Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer. Offer career advice and support, helping them understand the opportunities and challenges within the ERP and SAP fields.
Negotiation & Closing:
Skillfully negotiate offers on behalf of candidates and clients to facilitate successful placements. Ensure a smooth transition for candidates from offer acceptance to starting their new roles.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records and documentation in our recruitment database, ensuring all candidate interactions and communications are logged. Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and performance for management review.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in the ERP and SAP sectors.
Source, interview, and evaluate potential candidates to identify the best talent for our clients.
Understand clients' specific hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top candidates in the ERP and SAP domains.
Use various sourcing techniques, including networking, job boards, and social media, to build a strong talent pipeline.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies related to ERP and SAP.
Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process between clients and candidates.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and client communications in the recruitment database.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT sector, with a focus on ERP and SAP roles.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, SAP solutions, and related technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

A salary of up to 45k DOE
Commission at 30% with no threshold
