At ReVentas, we aim to be a leading part of the global movement to tackle plastic waste pollution. Our ground-breaking recycling technology tackles the most challenging waste plastic our society produces. By purifying this waste plastic of all contaminants, we allow it to go back into products as a virgin-like plastic, thereby closing the gap in the circular economy and allowing companies to access truly sustainable plastics.
ReVentas is a young and vibrant start-up with secure funding and big ambitions. If you would like to be part of a dynamic team working to develop the next generation of recycling technologies and make a real impact on society, you will find a home with us.
The role
Safe Pilot Plant operation is essential to our business as we expand our process and cover different feedstock streams. For this reason, ReVentas is seeking a Principal Process Engineer to ensure safe detailed design, commissioning and beneficial operation of Pilot Plant modifications, as well as designing and running trials to optimise processing conditions for different feedstocks. The role will support the commercial plant design by capturing the lessons learnt and data generated on the pilot plant in the commercial design basis. You will provide focussed, high-level technical expertise, strategic planning and leadership to safely deliver beneficial operation of the pilot plant in its expanded guise to meet investor deadlines and deliverables. The role will report into the Technical Director.
This is a leadership role, providing technical direction and support for the pilot plant team and as such, the Principal Process Engineer would be expected to be able in principle to run the pilot plant and understand all aspects of its capabilities.
We anticipate that this role will develop as the company grows, so if your values and goals align with our ambitions then get in touch!
