As a Principal Piping Materials Engineer in this dynamic organization, you will:
- Lead Piping Materials efforts on major projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, quality, and reporting.
- Support proposal and project planning.
- Develop Piping Line Class Specifications.
- Perform wall thickness calculations and specify specifications.
- Review vendor offerings and develop material requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to meet project commitments.
- Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent, Chartered Engineer.
- 8 to 10 years of industrial piping materials engineering experience.
- Proven ability as a lead specialist engineer.
- Knowledge of relevant design codes and standards.
- Experience with software for wall thickness calculations is a plus.
