You\'ll be able to demonstrate expertise across all aspects of Organizational Strategy with a specialism in organizational effectiveness, business transformation and change management alongside cultural transformation within a public sector / defence / government environment.

You must be resident in the UK and will be required to have SC Clearance or meet their strict criteria to gain it.

Our Organizational Strategy practice sits as an integrated solution working across the globe and all verticals. The team design and implement meaningful transformation through truly understanding the genetic DNA of the organization. Using our in-house digital tools, we dive deeply into employee perception and behaviours whilst analysing both processes and frameworks to uncover the true landscape.

Our portfolio of consulting expertise ensures we can offer clients true strategic transformation by placing people at the heart. We design target operating models (ensuring the business and people strategies aligns for success), drive organizational effectiveness, process re-engineering, cultural transformation ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization.

We are looking for senior management consultants who can manage junior consultants, workstreams, effectively communicate and influence all levels of stakeholders and who enjoy being part of a successful team to drive meaningful change. You\'ll get the opportunity to work alongside subject matter experts so you\'ll be able to learn, grow and develop into an even more effective consultant. We are looking for consultants with 6-8 years consulting experience who we can help nurture to climb up the levels and unlock their potential.
