THE ROLE

We are looking for SC Cleared, Senior Management Consultants for a variety of Public Sector focused projects based mainly in London. You\'ll have a strong background in organisational strategy and transformation and will be used to be working in fast-paced, complex environments within this arena. You\'ll be customer focused and will partner with our clients as well as being curious and having a can-do attitude to ensure the best outcome.

You\'ll manage the end to end delivery of engagements through overseeing a variety of workstreams, establishing governance and upward reporting. By driving outcomes effectively, you\'ll ensure the transformation maintains momentum whilst ensuring effective communications with all parties who are impacted by the changes.

Working with Resource Management you\'ll track all workstreams are running to time and cost whilst mitigating scope creep and delays on interdependent components within the project delivery.

You\'ll oversee both the workload and development of more junior consultants ensuring the culture for knowledge share, inclusivity and collaboration is re-inforced. You\'ll be able to demonstrate delivery to both high and accurate standards to minimalize impact on BAU operations.

You\'ll have SC Clearance (or be SC clearable - you must be able to demonstrate you meet the criteria and have been resident in the UK for minimum of 5 years) with Management Consulting experience from a leading consulting firm, and have demonstrable capability in senior stakeholder management, organisation transformation, human operating model design and strategic communication. We are looking for individuals with either significant experience (8+ years) within the public sector arena.
