Rate: Up to 3350 per dayWe are seeking an experienced Senior Health & Safety Consultant to support public sector services in Bristol. This role is split between two key service areas-two days at the Harbour and two days with Parks-with the primary objective of ensuring quality assurance and compliance processes meet statutory obligations across the Harbour and Parks Estate.Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and stress-test existing health and safety processes and documentation.
• Develop and implement a forward-thinking health and safety management system (HSG65).
• Create a structured programme of work, including key compliance tasks.
• Engage senior stakeholders and translate policy into actionable health and safety strategies.

Essential Experience & Skills:

• Fully qualified NEBOSH Diploma with evidence of CPD.
• Experience in the public sector, with a proven track record in green and blue spaces.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Demonstrable experience in delivering start-to-finish health and safety projects.
• Ability to make sound decisions and work effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment.
